First Practical Agricultural Course Begins At Bawjiase Greenhouse Village

The first batch of trainees for the Practical Agricultural Course, Bawjiase Greenhouse Village, have started their training in intensive vegetable production using Greenhouse Technology.

The training program began on 20th January, 2020 and is expected to end on 17th April 2020. The 30 trainees, coming from the different Regions of Ghana will reside in the ultra-modern training facility, located at Bawjiase in the Central Region. They will receive world-class training in vegetable agronomy, with emphases on Greenhouse, from Agritop’s team of trainers. The carefully developed training curriculum will ensure that trainees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills required to be successful farmers.

Upon successful completion in thirteen-week program, trainees will be awarded with certificates, and will move on to play key roles in contributing to the Agricultural sector in Ghana.
