Agritop uses an engineering-led methodology for its agriculture project master planning. Farming construction projects require a combination of water engineering, earthworks and infrastructure skills. Agritop is uniquely placed to provide these services as part of STL.
Master planning starts with a site visit undertaken by the experts in our team who advises on the design, construction and use of farming infrastructure, equipment and machinery and economical aspects. Using the feasibly study as a basis, our agricultural expert will consult with the team to reach the optimal operational and commercial decision, based upon the structural, road, drainage, utilities and maintenance requirements of the project. A topographic survey is crucial for further evaluation and enables the team to offer recommendation on whether the project can go ahead at this stage, or if more adaptations are needed first.
The aim of the master plan is to create a definitive layout design for the project based on the analyzed data. From this, the client can evaluate the proposed location of farm buildings, other structures and amenities in relation to the surrounding area and utilities infrastructure.
