The Chief Director expressed his expectation of the students in bridging the gap between local vegetable production and imports to Ghana.

The General Manager of Agritop, in his speech commended the Ministry of Food and Agriculture for this wonderful project and for the opportunity to lead it. He further recommended that the Ministry take advantage of these world-class centres to deliver more knowledge and skills to its youth and Agricultural workers in order to improve farm practices.

The graduating students were full of joy, as they thanked the Government of Ghana and Agritop for enabling this training. They expressed their readiness to go out and contribute their quota to the development of Ghana. All 61 graduates received certificates of participation, with six receiving special awards for their outstanding performances.
